Pricing

Pricing built around what you ship.

Standard packages compromise execution. We publish a starting price for every engagement — then we shape the team around your scope, timeline, and what you're actually building.

Personalized Pricing Factors

What shapes your final number.

Your engagement isn't generic, and your pricing shouldn't be either. We tune the team to reflect exactly what's needed to ship — these are the variables.

Scope complexity

How much surface area the build covers — one screen vs. a system.

Team composition

Which specialists are needed — design, engineering, AI, or operations.

Timeline pressure

Sprint cadence and how fast you need to be live.

Specialization

Depth on AI, infrastructure, mobile, or niche domains.

Why this beats the alternative

RMFTalents vs. hiring freelancers.

Working with RMFTalents

Recommended
  • Vetted operators only — no freelancer rosters
  • Structured sprint teams with a Product Lead
  • Weekly demoable progress, not status reports
  • AI-assisted workflows end to end
  • Accountable from kick-off to deployment
  • Kick off in 48 hours
  • Transparent published pricing
  • One contract, one team

Hiring freelancers

  • Mixed quality pools — quality is a gamble
  • Disconnected contributors, no shared ownership
  • Status updates instead of live builds
  • DIY tooling and process
  • You own coordination and chasing
  • Weeks of search, screening, and intake
  • Opaque or wildly variable pricing
  • Multiple contracts to manage

They handled the activation like it was their own startup. I stopped noticing they were external by week two.

I was bracing for the usual agency chaos. Instead I got a team that just owned it — I didn't have to PM anybody.

Most teams hand you tickets at the end of the week. They handed me a product I could put in front of a customer.

Pricing FAQ

Honest answers, before you book.

We publish pricing because founders shouldn't have to guess. Anything we can clarify before the call, we will.

What does "from $X" actually cover?

It covers the baseline structured team — Product Lead and core engineers — running on 2-week sprints. Custom scope, additional specialists, or scaled output adjust the final number.

How do you decide which tier fits?

We scope on a short discovery call. Sprint Team fits one focused build, Embedded fits continuous execution, and Infrastructure fits long-term operational systems.

Can we upgrade between tiers?

Yes. Many teams start with a Sprint Team to validate fit, then move to Embedded or Infrastructure as scope grows. The team that shipped your sprint usually stays.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The price you see is the team price. We don't charge for assembly, kick-off, or scope review.

What's not included?

Third-party tooling, hosting, and any infrastructure you operate in your own environments. Your team covers what they ship; you cover what you run.
